Dear Flow3D users;

I simulated the transport of suspended sediment in a plant environment and when I wanted to see the result of suspended sediment concentration, the contour of suspended sediment in the x, z plane, what is that gray color and why did it appear? Is it a software problem?
In the attached image
thank you

FLOW-3D will update the solid regions each time step based on how much sediment has settled out. It looks like your grey areas are where your sediment is piling up. If you cycle through your time steps, you should notice the grey area evolve over time.

thanks for your response
There is some solid cylinder in the channel, which in the first picture is 12 meters long, but this does not happen in the smaller section (channel length 3 meters).
Also Z min boundary condition is wall

You can plot the net elevation change of the packed sediment to see how much sediment is collecting along the Zmin boundary. As the packed sediment forms along the bed, it will show up as a grey solid area.

Could you please give an explanation about these diagrams and how the numerical range in the vertical grid is obtained? And that suspended sediment mass
thank you
