I am a master degree student at the university., the topic is sediment erosion of artificial reef with frame concrete. I set the artificial reef as the GMO model. Set Coefficient of restitution to 1 and Coefficient of friction to 0.25 in Moving and Simple Deforming Objects. In addition, only set its density. In the display, the reef will undergo a large rotation in a short time, eventually turning almost 45°. The reef model and the location are completely axisymmetric, and I don't understand why this rotation happens. In other papers, which are also GMO models, the reef doesn't rotate as much and the scour shape is nearly symmetrical. I wonder how this is done.I wish someone would solve my confusion。
