Hi,I wrote a function in heatfl.f about double ellipsoid heat source model,add
heat souce to fluid #1,but it dosen't work.I opened the udf interface,anyone can help me,please.
Is there something to set in the prepin.? or how to add boby heat source in qsadd.f ?

I modified the HEATFL.F like this
q=6*sqr3*dum12*dum13*exp(-3*(xi(i)-dum1)
1 *(xi(i)-dum1)/(dum14*dum14)-3*(yj(j)-dum2)*(yj(j)-dum2)
2 /(dum15*dum15)-3*(zk(k)-dum3)*(zk(k)-dum3)/(dum16*dum16))/
3 (dum15*dum15*dum16*pai*sqr314)
c q is heat flux about double ellispsoid heat source
heatfl1=q/dens
heatfl2=zero
is there any problem?I don't konw heatfl1's unit.Isn't J/(kg*s) ?
Heat flux is J/(m^2*s),how to get J/(kg*s)

I have solved my problem.I'm confusing the unit of surface heat source and the body heat source.

I have the same problem and I put the same code in Flow-3d version 11.0.4 software and replaced it. But the software does not read the code. I wanted to see if the problem is with the code or the software settings should be changed?
Can anyone help me?
