Hello Everyone
FLOW 3D V9.3: In welding simulation for two layer one over the other first layer deposited but during the deposition of the second layer weld pool formed is moving completely along along with arc (in the length direction) without any material deposition over the first layer so that at the end of simulation time the formed weld pool is moving to the end position but without any material deposition left over the first layer during travel. What are the reasons for this condition in flow 3D? how can i overcome this? Please guide/suggest me with proper useful information to solve this... Thanking you in ADVANCE.
