Hi,
I want to simulate a flow over the piano key weir. The finest mesh size will be in the weir vicinity. Do you know how to generate variably increasing mesh size for upstream and downstream? Thanks |

Can you split the body by plane and set the sizing in different new bodies according to its location?

Yes, you can have a variable size meshes. For numerical stability, it is recommended that the adjacent cell sizes are not drastically different. Alternatively, you can create a fine nested mesh in the weir area only.
