Hi all,
Does anyone happen to have experience in connecting CAESES and FLOW3D? I have a couple of questions: 1- which files should be considered in CAESES as input files? prepin and bat_f3d are not enough. There should be some other files. 2- which file should be introduced to CAESES as the executable file of Runner? Any help is appreciated! Cheers, Farzam |

Hello Farzam,
I have done this a couple of years ago. And yes, you are right, I wrote an additional C++ file to extract relevant values from FLOW-3D. Please check your cfd-online inbox. Thanks, Adwaith |

Hi, I'm doing my final year project with the title of optimization to reduce total ship resistance.
To evaluate the resistance, I'm using Numeca Fine Marine but I'm having a problem connecting to the software(CAESES). Do you have any tips or tutorials on running Numeca as a background in CAESES? |
