Hello everyone,

I have a problem on welding-brazing simulation with filler.
The welding part is OK.
But I cannot simulate the process of adding a high speed filler.
I focus on the filler flow behavior, so the filler is defined as a solidified (below liquidus temperature) fluid (fluid 1 in Flow-3D) and heated by heat source in Flow-3D.

The flow-3D provide a Continuous Casting Phantom to define velocity of solidified material. I use this to define the filler velocity. But after welding-brazing, the melted filler material which should be adhesive to parent metal moves again due to the defination velocity of Continuous Casting Phantom.

In my case, what should I do? Thank you in advance to give me some advices.

Best regards
