Hi I’m just starting to do some floating object study’s, I have a couple of questions.
The objects that I’m trying to float is made up of different densities. What is the best way to set them up for flow3d. I have two thoughts about how to set it up. 1. Assembly the component with subcomponents and specify each object's mass density separately and allow flow3d to calculate the moment of inertia tensor 2. Make the component one object and apply the moment of inertia tensor manually. Question: is there a method of converting the information from solidworks to work in flow3d? Thank you for your time Cheers Ian Dunlop |
