problem gaining scour depth

Hi every body.The model introduces a bed scour caused by a turbulent jet, but the "packed sediment height net change" shows positive values- as i know it should be negative- although the scoure hole has been generated.I would be appreciated if someone gives me the solution.is it becuz of the coordinate or sth else.[ATTACH]flow packed.jpg[/ATTACH]
