Hi dear friends
I am working on hydraulic parameters in a 90 degree bend channel with FLOW-3D software.the boundary conditions is vfr in upstream and outflow in downstream, fluid depth is 17 cm,initial fluid depth 5 cm(once I have got it 17 cm),channel width 40 cm. there is a problem in fluid depth after simulation and render.it has increased about 6 cm,while in physical model fluid depth is about 17 cm(constant) and has maximum variation in free surface elevation about 1.5 cm. what is your opinion about my modeling?what is wrong here? I appreciate your help. |
