Hello everyone
I want to simulate the model of weir. Because of dimension of my model is large and for reduce time of simulation, I should simulate in half of model. For this, I plotted model in symmetry mode, i.e. half of model is in negative Y- axis, but I want to save in STL-format, the bellow error is appear: The solid does not lie in the positive XYZ octant. While in this address: Flow3D/ version 10.0.1/examples/STL The weir-1 file is plotted in negative Y-axis and saves in STL-format. But I don't know how do I solve this problem? Have everyone opinion (suggest)? |

Use same coordinate in both. eq; make STL on CAD in coordinate 0,0,0 and then make the simulation room start on 0,0,0.
hope this work for you |
