Is it possible to obtaion to drag force on something like "spur dike" from FLOW3D directly or indirectly?

Yes. Make the spur dike a separate component from the rest of the model. Under component properties > output turn on pressure and shear force outputs, and wetted area output. Then run. The output, integrated over the surface of the component, will be in Anaylze > Probe > General History data. There's a button on that tab to select graphical or text output.
