changing a boundary condition during simulation

How do I change the boundary conditions at pre-set times during a simulation?
For example, during a 10 sec simulation I want to change a boundary from stagnation pressure to symmetry at 5 seconds to effectively act as a valve and close off that boundary halfway through the run. |

Would another way to do this to use a baffle that completely closes off the void? Or perhaps use a boundary condition that can change with time?

The simplest way to do this is to run the simulation to 5 seconds with the stagnation pressure boundary, then do a restart simulation with the symmetry boundary for the last 5 seconds.
