What if scenario at Catia

I am used to do what if analysis using dimension when I am working with Siemens NX, I would like to do the same with Catia V5 and Floefd.

It is possible. If i understand correctly you want to change the dimensions of chip and see the effect right. if yes then you need to create parametric CAD in catia(L,B,H) and add it to the design table. This design table can be imported to What If analysis
