FloTHERM XT dimension parameters not working

Hello,
Anyone know why the dimensional parameters don't work very well. Or at present not at all. No dimension from the GDA (GUI) will be accepted into the blue box. No it's not a reference dimension, annotation, equation, read only, linked or other disallowed exceptions. It's a dimension with a number value over the dimension number which is in parenthesis. Would appreciate any help. Tech support rarely gets to the bottom of things and frequently blames the user incorrectly for not knowing how to use the program. DB |
