I want to confirm the performance of the axial flow fan.

CFD calculation reference conditions of the axial fan.

Air, 20 [˚c] - 1.2 [kg/m^3]
Mass Flow = 16 [kg/s]
Static Pressure = 540 [Pa]
RPM = 1180 rpm = 123.569311 [rad/s]

------------Ansys---------------
In the case of Ansys Cfx program,

Inlet Lid = Total pressure - 0 [pa]
Outlet Lid = Mass Flow - 16 [kg/s]
------------Ansys---------------

------------Floworks---------------
However, in the case of a program of Floworks,

Inlet Lid = Mass Flow - 16 [kg/s]
Out Lid = Static Pressure - 540 [Pa]
------------Floworks---------------

Ansys program, satisfied with the results.

Floworks program are dissatisfied with the result.

Floworks conditions set, Is my mistake?

To answer please.

Boris_M will become famous soon enough
I'm not quite sure I understood you correctly.
Is that the fan data in the engineering database? I hope there is more data of the mass flow rate for the fan to have a real fan curve that is depending on the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the fan. At the moment you have 16kg/s constant with some swirl, at least from what you wrote.

Also are you sure it is 540Pa? Is this a vacuum pump or a default fan such as for electronics cooling?

Other than that I cannot help you as there is too little information on what it not working right or what the error is that you see.

Regards,
Boris
