Writing DATA in Fieldview

Hello:

I am running unsteady cases with variable time step and would like to export data at discrete time intervals. I was able to do that using a constant time step just by specifying the time step frequency for executing the /file export command.

How can i report specific intervals of time using execute commands?

Can somebody help me with the format for an unsteady case with variable time step (I also mean adaptive time stepping according to my simulations).
