Default Negative cells in AutoGrid5

If i find some negative cells in autoGrid 5,how can i to remove them to imrpove the mesh quality.
Can someone tell me some mothods to do it?

Dear Sunset;
Sometimes negative cells are generated as a result of poor geometry.
review your geometry and try to import a smooth one into NUMECA.
besides that, changing the number of elements or even multi-blocking approach can help this problem. try both!
