Dear all,
I am getting IO error(please see attached) while trying to open solution file in CFView. I have ran the simulation on cluster in fine turbo 12.1, and transferred the solution file on local desktop. I am not exactly sure, why does CFView accepts some files and for other it shows this error. Could anyone please help. Kind regards Vishwas |

Hello,
I am still stuck at this point. Has anyone not encountered this issue earlier? I don't know why files are opening on server machine(post-processing on server is dead slow) but not on local desktop. Does anyone please can help to solve this issue ? thanks!! Regards Vishwas |

Hello,
Which solution files did you transfer to your local machine? Did you well transfer the entire computation folder or only a part of it? Did the simulation run sufficiently long to save a full solution that can be used for post processing or did you select to save such file 'at end only' and the simulation was stopped before the end? Best regards, Colinda |

Dear Colinda,
Thanks for replying. I had transferred the complete directory of solution folder (files can be seen in attached snapshot). Also the solution is completely converged and stopped by itself, after satisfying the convergence criterion. Many Thanks!! Kind Regards Vishwas |

Hi,
found the solution for this problem. Actually the case was run on linux based OS, the local machine has windows OS. In linux distro, there is no issue in opening run files. Not sure why does this happen with only few cases. Regards vishwas |
