Hello everyone!
Can anyone suggest me how to create roughness on the hull so that I can use it for running simulation in Numeca? Thanks in advance. |

Hello,
You can set the sand grain height for solid patchs when defining the boundary conditions. You can either specify a single value for all patches or per-patch. One example where you could define it per patch: Calculation of light running marging of an aged hull and propeller (or presence of fouling). You could add different wall roughness on hull and propeller patches. Rodrigo |
