problem in visualising fluid domain in model

hello,
i am stuck here in my model. i want to see the fluid domain visually, but i cant see i also checked its not transperent, i coloured green. set background white but i cant see the fluid "Converge cell data" in model here. whats the problem? Last edited by hiren tala; July 16, 2017 at 13:39. |

By default, the EnSight "Element Representation" for 3D parts (like the Converge volume) is set to Feature Angle, meaning when visualized, we show you just the edges of the volume; and 2D parts (like the liner, port, etc) are shown "full", where we render the full element. So, what you want to do, is to change the Element Representation for the 3D part to "Border", which means EnSight will render the surface/border of the volume. To do so:
a. Select the part(s) you wish to adjust. b. Across the top row of Icons (EnSight 10.0/10.1/10.2), there is an icon which looks like a Rubix Cube... which is Element Representation. Change the setting to be "Border" for the 3D volume parts. That should be it. Note: Using Clip Planes through the volume will allow you to visualize the interior element's results. -kevin
