Hello
In my project, I have surface injection in Fluent with DPM model: I exported data for two injection with two different diameters at the same surface. But in Ensight I can see two diameters as one diameter. It seems Ensight can't load two different particle diameters at the same time. Is this happened to you? or do you have any idea to talk about it? Thanks, Hossein |

Hossein,
Do you have multiple injections? There is a lack of capability in the Fluent Exporter which is unable to process multiple injections out correctly into the EnSight Measured Particle File Format. In its current form, only one injection will be visible in EnSight (as only 1 injection is actually referenced in the measured file set). If this is the case, I have a work around for this. You can contact us directly here at CEI for this utility. Hopefully future versions of Fluent will correctly handle the export of multiple particle injections to measured data format (they are aware, but is very low on their long list of things to do). Regards, Kevin Colburn

Hi~ I am using ANSYS Fluent 17 to simulate a transient case with multi-phase flow model and DPM model.
I found that CFD-post can't display the results of these two models at the same time. Could Ensight 10(or a newer version) handle this and produce a animation? If it's OK, how to do it? Thank you! |
