AFAIK EnGrid can only handle triangulated surfaces and generate tetrahedral volume meshes. IMHO it's also a bit unstable and not so easy to learn. For quad meshes (to use with OpenFOAM) I would strongly recommend either MegaCads or Salome Platform. I always use MegaCads for structured meshes as it creates beautyfully smooth multiblock grids.
