Hi,

I am trying to install engrid but when it comes to installing the netgen library, the download link for the sources fails:

can't find file to patch at input line 4
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?

Has anybody know how to solve this issue?

So, netgen can be downloaded from sourceforge, https://sourceforge.net/projects/netgen-mesher/, and the installation can be continued following the steps in the script build-nglib.sh. But that only worked with the same version of netgen, that is mentioned in the script, which is not the most recent one.

Later during the installation, the linking failed because the library ltcl8.5 couldn't be found but I found the solution to that problem here: https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2219242
