Creating volume mesh in anti-symmetric curve domain - not possible?

Hi
I am able to create volume mesh in cube domains and other regular shapes but am unable to do so in domains such as the one attached - i believe this is due to the irregular shape of the domain. - is there a way around this? rgds g |

I have simplified the domain - see attached, yet receive the following error once attempting to create volume and/or pris layer:
Netgen stopped with the following error: illegal position in Geomsearch can someone please explain this for me? regards g |
