META publishing is a free and open-access platform where researchers in the fields of Electromagnetics and Photonics can publish PhD theses, books, conference proceedings, conference presentations, reports, etc, free of charge.
We believe that these documents, which do not reach the established publishers, but nevertheless should, because of their quality, reach out to a wider audience. Open access is the best way of ensuring that your material is available for anyone who cares to look.

META Publishing is free and open access, your document will be available to anyone in the world to download/read for free directly from the website. Your document will be indexed by Google Scholar and other databases.

All documents will be reviewed by the press Editorial Team. Acceptance notification period will vary based on complexity of area and level of study. Once published, your document can be cited or referenced and will receive all the attention it deserves as all other publications.
