Issue with dt = dt_min

I am currently trying to run a simulation for my final thesis, I keep getting the issue of converge reaching max iterations as dt = dt_min .
I am unsure how to resolve this issue, I think it has to do the input file thats the only idea I have so far, I have attached the full error log for context.

The total error message is "Error: (Rank 0) FATAL_ERROR: [4266] CONVERGE has reached the maximum consecutive iterations at dt = dt_min. CONVERGE is stopping the simulation. Please check your case setup"

I think you forgot about the log file. If you can attach the converge.log and the time.out files would be great also.
