Hey everyone,

When I used ”Seal>Configuration” create seals for ports of a two-stroke engine in CONVERGE Studio v3.1, the following error occurs.

“FATAL_ERROR: There is an error in the extrusion algorithm. Overlapping triangles were detected.”

How to solve this problem? Also I noticed that sealing can also be achieved through INTERFACE, but I don't know how to do it in a two-stroke engine with port seal.

Hello Chen,

Use the Diagnosis Dock to check for Overlapping triangles around your selected sealing edges/boundaries. If they are present, please fix them before attempting to create the seals.
