Dear all,
I have installed Converge on my own PC using academic license. Due to the lack of cores, I have to install Converge on high-performance cluster (like ICHEC I'm using). If I install it on HPC, I have to ping my PC from HPC. However, maybe because they are under different network, the connection cannot be established. Does anyone have the similar experience and help me with that? Thanks you so much. Best regards, Jiaxin |

Hello Jiaxin,
This is a question for your IT team that maintains and controls your HPC cluster. Please request and/or forward them our Getting Started Guide (available on our downloads page) for reference. It details how to install and run CONVERGE for HPC machines. If you continue to face issues, please reach out to us at hpcsupport@convergecfd.com. Please use your official email for all correspondence with Convergent Science. Please mention your issue and we will be happy to work with you and your IT team to get you started. Sincerely, |
