Hello Converge Science,
I have a question in terms of parcel variables output data. Right now I’m doing spray simulations with converge. I read in the Converge Manual, that the value dp_radius describes the “parcel radius in (m)”. Does dp_radius describes the radius of a droplet inside the parcel or is the radius of the area in which the parcel has droplets? And same question for the mass of the parcel? Is it per droplets or the accumulated mass for all droplets of the parcel? Thank you for your help! Best regards, Simon |

Hi Simon
A parcel is a collection of identical drops. dp_radius is the radius of each droplet part of the parcel. dp_mass is the mass of the parcel. So it is the total mass of all the the droplets part of the parcel

Thank you!
I've got on further question. The density of the parcel, is it the density of each drop of the parcel? Thanks for your help! |
