Hello everyone:
I have the following problem In the simulation,The max cylinder pressure is about 0.2mpa in the compression stroke, which causes no combustion. Does anybody know why pressure is low? How to solve it? |

are you sure you are using correct initial conditions and boundary conditions? did you obtain IC's and BC's from experiments. Maybe the can be a problem your pressure isn't that much. also can you check your compression ratio..If its too low then it can also cause a decrease in peak pressure. that's all i can say provided you have given very little info about what case ar you dealing with.

Hello, initial conditions and boundary conditions should be right, the setup process is based on the tutorial. Compression ratio is also OK to calculate in CONVERGE. What other information do you need from me to help you determine the problem? I can provide it to you.
