Nonmanifold Problem

I'm trying to simulate conjugate heat transfer in a pipe flow, two concentric cylinders are made such that the annulus forms the pipe wall thickness and the inner cylinder is where the fluid flow occurs.
After creating the two concentric cylinders, I close the top and bottom faces of the cylinder using repair--->patch option, I create a patch for the annulus and a different patch for the inner cylinder (ref. attachment). The two patches I create lead to nonmanifold error which I'm unable to resolve without deleting the patches. The. cvg file is also attached as .txt can be renamed back to .cvg. |

Non-manifold errors are fine for CHT cases as long as those surfaces are specified as interface boundaries. Please refer to our CHT training slides (downloadable through our website) and the CHT example cases in CONVERGE Studio.
