Hello. Do you know the hdf5 file format (version_flag = 4) used by converge to export the results? How does converge handles the connectivity of elements? From what I see, it has a face-based connectivity using an array of all face nodes(per face node), an array of indices to the first array, and an array for elements connectivity with some numbers positives and some other negatives.

Thanks

Hello and thank you for your message. It looks like you are referring to the HDF5 format of the 3D post files (usually in the ./output/ directory). Though these files are in HDF5 format and viewable with an HDF5 viewer, there is currently not any user information for dealing with the files on this level. If there is a specific function you'd like to complete with the post files, feel free to email at support@convergecfd.com and we would be happy to look into it further.

Best regards,
David
