sealing error

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use "seal" option to simulate the two-stroke engine. But there are some warning and error stop the simulation:
WARNING: seal intersection 68 413 0 3
internal error : cannot match intersected seal .

what should i do to solve this problem?
Can you help me please?

Hello,

The error is obtained when you have a bad seal created for your case setup. Reasons for a bad seal can be many. Unless I have a look at your case setup, I cannot correct it.

However, I offer the following suggestions :
1. Please check to see if the seals were created correctly. Preferably, try to recreate them. Refer to our STUDIO manual for more information and guidelines on make seals in STUDIO and try to follow the exact procedure.
2. Please make sure you have aligned your vertices before creating your seals (refer to STUDIO manual)
3. Please make sure you do not have any intersections or too many overlapping triangles at the edge where your seal is defined. Make use of the diagnosis dock for this.

If the above suggestions do not help improve your case, please send your case setup to support@convergecfd.com . Please use your official email for all correspondence with Convergent Science. Please mention the issues you are facing and add my name as reference.

Thanks for your help.
I have check my case with your advices. But i didn't solve it. When i set the start time of -180, it will comes to the error above, When i set the start time of -99, it will be normal simulation. so i think the problem is between -180 to -99, i can't find it.
I have sent a email to support@convergecfd.com with my case file. I hope i can get your help again.
