Is there any way to have an output for grid resolution. I know total_cell_count is an option, but I want to know the resolution in my cell domain.

What do you mean by resolution?
Something like smallest cell size, average cell size or what? |

You can output the cell volume and roughly evaluate size of the given cell. Let me know if this helps.
