Dear Support,
Can you please offer more explanation on the following warnings: WARNING: The total mass of removed parcels is 3.29157e-10 kg Warning: flux scaling factor in film evap should be greater than 0 and less than 1.1, current value is -0.109818. Warning: flux scaling factor in film evap should be greater than 0 and less than 1.1, current value is -0.000947. 1. Why is a parcel removed? and 2. what is the flux scaling factor? I cannot find this term in the manual. Thanks a lot. |

Hi learner111,
In some cases (ex: sealing) it might happen that some parcels are removed from the computational domain. But this should not affect your results if the amount of mass removed is tiny. The flux scaling factor is related to a temporary change of the film evaporation algorithm and it has been removed, the latest v2.3 should not have this warning. |
