Just as the title discribes, my cases stoped accidently due to an error, " Trying to find a polygon that has alrerady been flagged" ,occuring near the BDC. But the cases can run soomthly without errors in "Nohydro" mode.
So, which aspects should I check to adjust my case? |

Dear Jietuo,
This is an unusual error that you are reporting. This is not a trivial error so it will be easier if you send us your case files (*.in and *.dat files) to support@convergecfd.com precising the version of CONVERGE that you are using? We will be able to run the case and pinpoint the reason of this error. Thanks, |

since I send my case files to support@convergecfd.com several days ago. I haven't got reply by now. So, I try to revise the error by myself. I found that when the piston slightly exceed the bottom of scavenging port, the case can run smoothly without any error. But if I lower the piston ( below the bottom of port ), The same error occurs around the BDC. It seems that when the solver stop due to the error, the piston is cross the bottom of the port. So, What should I do to correct the error? Thank you! |
