Hello,
I am attempting to study the superposition of the magnetic fields of two inductance coils. The coils are circular and nested within one another. The outer coil is excited by a sinusoidal voltage. The inner coil has a delay of 90 degrees from the current. The problem is that, in any configuration, the shape of the magnetic field and magnetic flux is either spherical or pancake-like. I have tried very detailed meshes, different frequencies, leaving the inner coil unexcited. I have experimented with custom geometry and coil geometry analysis. I have conducted studies in both Frequency Domain and Time Dependent. I have run simulations in the mef and mf modules – the only difference being the simulation time. The solver for Time Dependent studies is PARDISO. I have also conducted studies of two coils in an induction balance. Unfortunately, I cannot achieve any of the field configurations like in the attached image. I always get either a slightly flattened ellipsoid or a sphere. In hopes of receiving assistance, I am willing to pay for a consultation. jd.10.04.mk@gmail.com Attached are images of the desired field configuration, the simulation file, and screenshots. I used Google drive to share directory with files: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...8r?usp=sharing |
