Hi all,
I faced convergence error when plasma properties is switched from local field approximation to local energy approximation. The details of the error is shown as below Attempt to evaluate real square root of negative number. Function: sqrt Failed to evaluate variable. Variable: comp1.plas.vBohm wC4H9 1p, Defined as: sqrt((N A const*(e const*comp1.plas.Te))/comp1.plas.M wC4H9 1p) Failed to evaluate variable. I tried to remove C4H9 from my equations but it will still have the same issue but switch to other species. I did not face this error when using local field approximation. Also, may i ask what is defined as plas.M w C4H9? It is stated that it gets a sqrt(-ve) but constants like N_A, e-const and plas.Te should not be giving the case. The only possibility I think it could be is plas.M |
