i have to run a simulation in a micrometric gas channel with 4 inlets and two outlets. every time i try to run the simulation i am faced with a ton of errors. i need help in knowing what i am doing wrong. I am not an expert in any cfd software but i am able to run few fluent simulation. I have to learn how to do cfd simulations in comsole.
any help will be appreciated. i have attached the screen shot of the errors. Thank you in advance |

From what I saw from the snapshot (because it is not showing all details), it seems like your boundary defined have some errors probably due to overlapping. There are quite few materials you include hence I suspect you defined the same boundary with 2 different materials and vice versa. I will suggest you check properly on your boundary, especially whether they are overlapping or not.

Thank you for your reply. i ran the simulation again but this time i removed all the materials except for argon which is the fluid to be simulated, so that there is no confusion. but i am still getting tons of error and i have no clue how to solve it. i have attached the screen shot of the errors. thank you very much for taking time to help me out. Sorry for the late reply.
