COMSOL Multiphysics: Prescribed displacement does not extend to the value given

The object when applied a prescribed displacement does not move to that value? No matter how extreme the displacement or how extreme the boundary load, it defaults to that length? The material is a very rubbery one, so it should be able to stretch but it does not? https://imgur.com/a/HmdVDOO |
