Hi,

When running a model on comsol the log gives a count of time and spatial converges failure as I understand it (columns TFail, NLFail). If there are many failures but the model still converges does that mean that the result is unreliable?

Thanks

Not necessary. It may be that the stationary solution is quite correct. The transient solution should be take with a grain of salt.

In any CFD model the convergence of a solution does not ensure automatically that is also physically realiable...
