Hello,

I've used the Pro/E - CFX associativity before, with static structural analysis, to use Pro/E parameters in ANSYS WB for a tabulated solution.

However, I can't get the parameters to work when doing a Fluid Flow (CFX) analysis.

Here's what I have:
- The proper Pro/E plugin for ANSYS WB 13
- The geometry created in Pro/E, open in the background
- Parameters set in Pro/E with a "DS" infront of each parameter name
- The geometry imported into a Fluid Flow (CFX) project
- The geometry meshed
- The setup created

Here's what I don't have:

I checked the Geometry properties in ANSYS. 'Parameters' is checked, and Parameter Key is correctly set to "DS".

How do I get that parameters block to show up?!

Thanks,

WOW! This is so typical of me. I've been working on this for a day now. I posted this a few minutes ago, and I already figured it out, ha .

But, to not waste forum space, let me know if anyone is interested or is having the same problem.

How to set up parameter in Pro/E? How to use in Ansys? I greatly appreciate it if you can help me out here. Thank you.

Michael,

I'm willing to help, but could you help me a bit with your question? Do you have the ANSYS-Pro/E link setup? (Does ANSYS recognize Pro/E geometry?)

If so, I can go into more detail
