Default Error coming in turbogrid- Degenerate knot error-

i am getting this error when i load the blade in turbogrid. Dont know what to do.
pls help

ERROR
ICEM error:{Degenerate knot error
}
ERROR
No kernel surfaces found for key 'extended centreline surface'.
ERROR
No kernel surfaces found for key 'extended high surface'.
