Hi,..euh Hello world

I am user of Tascflow 2.11 soft for academic purposes; as far we moved
to another powerfull pc (we kept the same OS, NT4 sp6),since the license initially was get this config for an old workstation.
The graphic interface is exceed 6.1.
the whole soft seems working ok but not the graphic menu .

what we got is this message : "Error opening sockets"

can some one help us.

Tascflow is very old. Why not upgrade the the latest version of CFX? Using old software is a waste of time.

the motivation for using tascflow is its simplicity in manipulating the structured grids which makes easier further data to transfer to fortran code which interacts in the meantime with the initial grids and this require utilising a structured grids defined by I,J,K nodes, to control easily the parametrization function used.

I see - but I would consider writing my own code from scratch in that case.

But anyway, I remember tascflow used hummingbird as its display manager. Or was it exceed. Can't remember, that is over 10 years ago. I doubt you will get much assistance on the forum for such old software.
