Atze is on a distinguished road
Hi all,

I'm trying to analyze a cantilever beam linked to a cylinder at Re=200 (Von Karman vortex street).

My problem is that "Ansys Field" diverge ( the "crit" quantities like F_crit U_L2 crit etc...this is refered to the non-linear structural solver if i'm right), than i get Error code 256 or 3850. What can i do?

Looking at the solution (1st step only) it seems like fluid mesh is disconnected from solid/structural mesh. Is there any "trick" in geometry/meshing I'm missing?

I'm using transient structural linked to cfx solver and my initialization datas the steady solution.

Thanks
