Hi,
For my 3-D wing simulation from CFX I would like to show the boundary layer velocity profile at various chord-wise locations. To start I have made a cut-plane at a span-wise location and used a polyline with boundary intersection to get the shape of the aerofoil section. Now I need to make some lines perpendicular to the aerofoil outline from which I can start velocity vectors from to show the boundary layer profile. But how can I make the perpendicular lines? The aerofoil shape is not a common aerofoil (e.g. NACA 0012) and it is not defined by an equation. Any helps is welcomed. Thanks. |
