Hello

We upgraded our license server to SBS 2011, and since then I am unable to use the licenses. The license daemon seems to be up, and it listens to the 1055 port.

The WinhostID process gets stuck at 100%.

Has anyone noticed any similar behaviour?

I would contact CFX support to debug this as it is stopping you using the software you paid for.

But my first guess is the license port is blocked, possibly by a firewall or some other IT department security measure. Port 1055 seems OK, but check any other ports the license server wants to use.

they are trying to deal with it, maybe some incompatibility with the server OS. Anyways, I´ve requested the license to be moved to another computer (Windows 7) and it worked.

Maybe on the 14 version this will be resolved.
