hey juliom

thanks 4 ure reply man!......basically i would like to simulate the vortices of a NACA 0015(c=15.2cm and b=73cm) out of ground effect and show its decrease in ground effect. I performed some wind tunnel tests and want to compare my results... i have already done my meshing....and i was told by my supervisor the best turbulence model is the K-W model. I haven't been taught the technical stuff about cfd...so im finding the set up a bit hard.....i was hoping someone could help me....

thanks

man,K-E will not suit to your model since there you have a boudnary separation and a adverse pressure gradiente, as a result you will need to define as a turbulence model the SST model

Well I have not work with airfoils, but I have a toturial wich explain how to setup the boundaries conditions for an airfoil but in supersonic condition, let me try to send it to you.
In the other case, you can send the case to me, and then I will define the boundaries conditions.
