hello everyone,
i am simulating the flow within a system of pipes (flow under pressure). I want to determine the pressure loss between different positions within the system. How would you suggests to to that with cfx-post? I would create different vertical planes at the requested positions and query: areaAve(total pressure)@planeXY with the function calculator. Is this the correct procedure? Thanks for your help! Joe Last edited by terranova; April 15, 2011 at 06:25. |

you could even add monitor points in cfx pre to view the results over iteration or time in cfx solver manager
